YOUR WORK. YOUR OPPORTUNITY.

Three Ways to Get Paid.

Your production. Your performance. Your growing book of business.

01

Commission

Earn upfront commission on the policies you sell, calculated using ALP—Annual Life Premium.

02

Bonuses

Earn weekly bonuses based on your month-to-date production. Monthly totals reset to zero, with higher sales unlocking bonus levels up to an additional 23%.

03

Renewals

Build lifetime renewal income. After a policy’s 13th month, earn a percentage of each monthly premium payment for as long as the policy continues to pay.

Earnings depend on production and continued premium payments. Individual results vary.

THE LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY

Work today.
Get paid for
years to come.

Lifetime renewals. Monthly income.

The work you do today can keep paying you in the future. After a policy’s 13th month, you earn a percentage of its monthly premium for as long as that policy remains active and premiums continue to be paid.

Those renewals are paid once a month, creating a passive income stream from business you have already written.

WRITE THE POLICYPREMIUMS CONTINUERENEWALS ARE PAID

Build beyond your next paycheck.

As your book of active policies grows, renewal income can become part of a long-term plan for greater financial freedom and building generational wealth.

Renewal income depends on active, paying policies and applicable eligibility terms. Earnings and wealth outcomes are not guaranteed.

CLARITY BEFORE YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

Your Questions, Answered.

Is this a salaried job or a 1099 opportunity?
This is a 1099 opportunity for someone who wants to build a business through insurance sales. You earn upfront commissions, can qualify for weekly production bonuses, and build monthly renewal income as clients maintain their policies. There is no guaranteed salary, and you handle your own taxes. You bring the initiative; we bring training, mentorship, and a team to grow with.
Do I have to find my own clients or buy leads?
No—you do not have to buy leads. Our organization is contracted with over 20,000 labor unions, credit unions, and associations internationally, providing an established client base and leads for our agents. We also have a strong referral system that helps us connect with more families. You can focus on building relationships and helping clients rather than purchasing lead lists.
Is this remote, and what equipment do I need?
Yes—this is a 100% remote career. You need a computer with a camera and dependable internet. And you don’t have to pretend your home isn’t a home: our clients are families, too, and are generally understanding of children and everyday background sounds. You can be a present parent while bringing preparation, focus, and professionalism to your appointments.
Do I need insurance or sales experience?
No experience is required. Monique started with no sales or corporate experience and earned three promotions in her first year. What you bring is the ability to talk to people and connect, along with a strong work ethic and the self-discipline to work from home. Bring those qualities and a willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the business, the presentation, and the process.
How much does it cost to get licensed?
Your license is an investment in your ability to work in the industry. The total depends on your state and can include your course, exam, fingerprints, and application. We help you understand what you need, what it costs, and the order to complete it in. You’ll have a licensing playbook and a manager to check in with, so you can move forward with clear direction.
How soon can I start earning?
You can begin earning commissions once you’re licensed and start making sales. Licensing comes first; then we move into orientation and training. You receive the pay and commissions on the policies you sell during training, so you can earn while developing your skills with guidance from your team.
Can I do this part-time?
No—this opportunity requires a full-time commitment, especially as you get started. You’re learning a new industry and building a business, which takes focused training, consistent practice, and time with clients. We’re looking for people ready to treat this as their career, with the work ethic and self-discipline to give it that commitment.
Do I have to recruit people to get paid?
No. You can earn by selling policies, qualifying for production bonuses, and receiving renewals on eligible active business. If you later discover a passion for coaching and developing people, leadership is another direction to explore. Your first focus is learning the work and building your own skills.
Will I be left to figure everything out on my own?
You work for yourself, not by yourself. From licensing questions to presentation practice and client conversations, you have people to learn from and reach out to. Our leaders stay involved through guidance, feedback, continued training, and agency huddles. We take pride in pouring into our people day in and day out—and we ask you to stay engaged, communicate, and use that support.
What happens after I decide I’m interested?
Start with the career overview to see the work, the pay structure, and the opportunity. Complete the questionnaire, then have a quick phone interview where we can learn about your goals and answer your questions. A final Zoom interview gives you a closer conversation with leadership. If we move forward together, we’ll guide you into licensing and training.
